- Fresh Venture Farms – Off-Road Equipment Replacement Program;
- Rancho Guadalupe – Off-Road Equipment Replacement Program;
- Fred Mellon (FV Odyssey) – Marine Diesel Engine Repower Program;
- Miles Wallace (FV Isla) – Marine Diesel Engine Repower Program; and
- An update on grant funds allocated to the District’s old Car Buy Back Program.

- Authorized the Chair to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation for the District to contribute funds to the 2016 Vessel Speed Reduction Program, to make it possible for the program to start in July. (See Board letter)
- Amended the Board of Directors 2016 Meeting Schedule moving the August 18, 2016 meeting to August 25, 2016 in Santa Barbara. (See Board letter)

- Received and filed information on an air quality sensors study the District is conducting with Sonoma Technology, Inc. at Cuyama Valley High School. (See Board letter and Presentation
- Hearing – Considered the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Proposed Budget as follows: (See Board letter and Presentation)
- Received the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2016-17;
- Held a public hearing to accept comments and provide direction to staff regarding changes desired by the Board; and
- Scheduled a budget adoption hearing for June 16, 2016.
