- Waiver of Competition for the Purchase of Audio/Visual Equipment for the hearing room at 1011 W McCoy – Authorize the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District (District) to purchase audio/visual equipment from Central Coast Audio Visual for the hearing room sound system at the District’s new north county office located at 1011 W. McCoy, as a sole source procurement without being required to conduct a formal bid process, for a total cost not to exceed $99,239.15, including taxes.
- Salary Merit Increase for Air Pollution Control Officer Aeron Arlin Genet – Approve a 1-3% salary merit increase for Air Pollution Control Officer Aeron Arlin Genet.
- Waiver of Competition for the Purchase of Air Monitoring Equipment – Authorize the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District (District) to purchase an ozone analyzer and various air quality analyzer pumps, pump rebuild, kits, and related parts from Teledyne Advanced Pollution Instrumentation for the District’s air monitoring network, as a sole source procurement without being required to conduct a formal bid process, for $14,738 with a total cost not to exceed $20,000, including tax and shipping.
