    • An update on the Landscape Equipment Electrification Fund (LEEF) Program Year 2 for zero-emission landscape equipment vouchers during the period of November 16, 2020 through November 30, 2020; and
    • Summary of the emission-reduction grant agreements approved by the Air Pollution Control Officer for the period of August 1, 2020 through November 30, 2020 in accordance with Board Resolution Number 09-14.
  • Update on Public Outreach Activities – Receive and file an update on District outreach activities.
  • Minutes of the December 11, 2019 and August 2020 South Central Coast BCC Meetings – Receive and file minutes from the December 11, 2019 and August 26, 2020 meetings of the South Central Coast Basinwide Control Council.
  • Agreement of Employment for Air Pollution Control Officer – Consider execution of Agreement of Employment for Control Officer Aeron Arlin Genet to be effective January 21, 2021 to January 21, 2025 with a base annual salary of $210,530.
  • Facility Use Agreement with Orcutt Union School District – Consider recommendations as follows:
    • Authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer to execute a Facility Use Agreement between the Orcutt Union School District and the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution District for the purpose of installing and operating an air monitoring station at Lakeview Junior High School; and
    • Delegate Authority to the Air Pollution Control Officer to terminate the Facility Use Agreement and execute an agreement for an alternative location, subject to review by District Counsel, Auditor Controller, and Risk Management, in the event that the location at Lakeview Junior High School is found to be unsuitable.
