  • Reconsider the Circumstances of the COVID-19 State of Emergency 
    • Reconsider the circumstances of the COVID-19 state of emergency;
    • Consider whether state or local officials continue to impose or recommend measures to promote social distancing;
    • Find that the legislative body has reconsidered the circumstances of the state of emergency, and that State or local officials continue to impose or recommend measures to promote social distancing; and
    • Direct staff to continue to notice and hold hearings as remote hearings consistent with Government Code §54953(e)(3).
  • Closed Session 
    • Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation (Paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Government Code §54956.9).
      • Deciding whether to initiate civil litigation: one case.

    • Summary of the emission-reduction grant agreements approved by the Air Pollution Control Officer for the period of March 1, 2022 through April 30, 2022; in accordance with Board Resolution Number 20-13.
  • Update on Public Outreach Activities – Receive and file an update on District outreach activities.
  • Notice of Violation Report – Receive and file the summary of notices of violation issued and penalty revenue received during the months of March and April 2022.
  • Minutes of the April 28, 2021 District Community Advisory Council Meeting – Receive and file minutes from the April 28, 2021 meeting of the District Community Advisory Council.
  • Minutes of the June 30, 2021 South Central Coast Basinwide Control Council Meeting – Receive and file minutes from the June 30, 2021 meeting of the South Central Coast Basinwide Control Council.
  • Modifications to Classification Specifications – Adopt revised class specifications entitled Principal Monitoring Specialist.
