| Board Hearing | The District will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of the proposed amendments to District Regulation XIII, Part 70 Operating Permits on Thursday, August 15 at the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room in Santa Maria. The proposed amendments remove the Emergency Affirmative Defense provisions consistent with the recent changes to federal Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) regulations, and includes other minor changes consistent with the federal Clean Air Act.
